Ipad mini 1 16GB with partly faulty digitiser

I am selling my mams ipad mini 1, 16GB, white. It looks like it has previously had the screen replaced. The digitiser (touchscreen) is somewhat faulty, a thin strip on longer side isn't responding. Also it can sporadically activate some portions of the digitiser when pressed firmly, maybe the screen isnt fixed in properly. My mam used it for a while but now it got worse, probably needs a new digitiser/screen. Also the home button is now stuck pressed down therefore needs a firmer push to activate, I suspect this is related to the screen problem. The rest of the hardware works fine, battery holds charge.
