I am selling this beautiful saddle as it no longer fits my horse. It is in excellent condition with very little sign of wear. I bought it a couple of years ago and it has been used for about six months in all. It is one of the nicest saddles I have ever sat in, puts you in a great position, has lovely big, soft thigh rolls and really helps you to sit well on big moving horses. The leather is the grippy and supple. It has recently been checked and re-flocked by a master saddler and I am gutted to have to sell it but needs must! I would say it is a generous medium wide - wide. Approx 8" between d rings. Please note, it is stamped Farrington KN but was originally sold by Crewe Saddlery so has their name on the metal nail head covers.

18” MW Farrington black dressage saddle.   Farrington are a small independent saddle manufacturer, based in Walsall, with its own range of high quality saddles.   Only best quality English Sedgewick leather is used for these medium-priced, exceptional saddles.  This saddle is in very good condition, having had minimal use. A lovely comfortable deep seat   and supportive knee rolls. It has Crewe Saddlery pins on the top with a Farrington badge under the stirrup flap. I've been using it on a 15.3 Irish draught cross. Although the stirrup bar is stamped M it is a MW fit. It has been checked over by a saddler and has a good tree. 18" Tan English Leather Close Contact Jumping Saddle MW/W

18" close contact jumping saddle for sale made from tan calfskin leather by the English Riding Saddle Company by Master Saddler, Rob Deavall. The saddle is in good condition with normal wear from riding. Due to the light colour of the saddle, there are dark marks from being rubbed on the flaps, seat and panels. The stitching has worn off on the nearside flap at the bottom from the stirrup leather. The tree is sound as are the girth straps. Only selling as much too wide for my TB x ID mare. This was sold to me incorrectly as a narrow medium which she needs, but this saddle is MUCH MUCH wider than that. It needs a horse with decent withers and large shoulders, it looks to be approx. a medium/wide or maybe even a Thoroughbred wide fit. D to D is about 8". Flap is also suitable for tall riders as I'm 5'9" with a 36" inseam and my knees did not stick over the flaps. Matching 60" calfskin wrapped leathers and 54" double elastic tan leather Treadstone girth also available by separate negotiation. £250 or offers (lots more photos available).
