Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof. Fantastic Dolls House For Sale

I wish to advertise my childhood Dolls House for sale. I was keeping my Dolls House for my future Daughter -(*touch wood*)- but would rather see it go to a very good home & be enjoyed now. The Dolls House was a greatly appreciated gift for Christmas in . Handmade by my Dad's colleague who was a keen craftsman, it has been loved for 20 years.  The dolls house has wheels fitted to the base to allow easy movement across all types of floors. The original paint colour was pink and blue but as you can see, was repainted when I was 10. There are only two small tiles missing from the roof and one small tile from the edge of the corner of the dolls house. The Dolls House measures as follows: > 93.5cm in height -(measured from the wheels touching the floor and to the very tip of the pointed roof.) > 62cm in width. > 39cm in depth. FANTASTIC 12TH SCALE DOLLS HOUSE MANSION in Scarborough

This house in handmade and new. It is a Fantastic house, it is on a 4 door plinth with lots of cupboard space, the plinth has castors on, so easy to move the house. It has 3 huge rooms in the basement. The attic has 3 good sized rooms. The middle of the house has 6 huge rooms and the hallways have 2 fantastic staircases. At the front of the house is a lovely court yard and a beautiful staircase leading up to the front door.comes complete with Windows, doors, stairs, etc etc. The house is 6 ft high 4 ft wide. 2 ft depth. Unique ooak large modern collectors dolls house 1/12 scale

Amazing one of a kind handmade modern dollshouse in 1/12 scale. This is truly unique and the only one of its kind. This is a large house and it comes with 11 rooms and two roof terraces. Splits into 2 sections for transport. The house has been wired and is fully lit. Some of the lights need attention. Furniture and accessories are not included in the sale The kitchen units are fixed in place and so are the bathroom fixings. House measurements are 143 cm wide x 54 cm deep x 94 cm high the house splits into two units and opens from the front. The lighting has been wired up using the copper tape method. There are some battery lights in the room on the very top of the house. Some of the lights in the centre of the house are temperamental, might be a loose connection somewhere. One of the living room lights has snapped off. The rest of the lighting is fine but could do with a bit of attention to make it perfect. It does look amazing when it is all lit off as the black acrylic panels are transparent when it is lit up. The front is covered with with paperclay and sculpted it to look like stone. Some of the metal railings around the roof terraces could do with fixing (re gluing). Please see pics for details.
