Harry Topper Proper little Irish pony - 13.2hh 9yo Irish gelding. Really flashy paces, oozes presence. Works in an outline would do a lovely dressage test. Jumping tracks of 80cm at home has popped 1m. Never phased by scary fillers, comes, barrels etc. Has jumped rustic fences with us and been cross country in previous home. Currently competing in an unaffiliated showjumping league with novice 12 year old. Speedy when you ask him to be and turns on a sixpence, has BS potential. Hacks out alone and in company, been on busy/fast main road good in all traffic including farm and construction vehicles, been down the beach and in open fields, doesn't fizz up in open spaces. I bought Barney to produce and sell on to someone younger however due to his age he is still a bit green and needs a capable rider to continue to further his education. He is an absolute dream to ride (never bolted, reared or bucked), fab jumper and could definitely affiliate. Has established flying changes on both reins, leg yielding and transitions. He is very quick against the clock and came 5th out of 25 at his first show (with a time of 25 seconds in the jump off). Polite in the stable and is good to tack up. Can be turned out with mares or geldings but does prefer to live in. However... He does need some work on the ground. We believe he's had some bad experience in the past which makes him a bit nervous on the ground. This just means that you can't do any quick, sudden movements around him as he will startle however I have been working with him everyday for the past month and have already seen massive improvements. He does also need to be sedated to be shod (is currently barefoot) - again, due to bad experiences. Up to date with worming, vaccinations and shoeing. Barney will make a fabulous showjumper for someone but he does need a 5* knowledgeable home where he can be brought on to his full potential. I am not in any rush to sell him. Lovely 13.2hh bay mare 6yrs old. Schools nicely on the flat and over jumps. Very honest jumping and is unfazed by fillers and scaries. Hacks alone and in company, good in traffic- although can be unsure of large vehicles. Has XC schooled, been SJ, been on a fun ride and been for a week at Duchy College; of which she has taken in her stride. Good to catch, box, clip and with the farrier. Can be a strong so not novice ride! Would definitely PC, RC, SJ, or make someone a fantastic all-rounder. She is the sweetest mare on the ground with lovely stable manners and a heart of gold. *REDUCED* Culm Sea Phoenix Phoenix is a 16.2hh thoroughbred 9yo mare. Brought as a project April , in the first year of owning her Phoenix competed up to 90-1m unaffiliated show jumping, proving to be a careful jumper and quick against the clock. She cross country trained only 6 months ago up to 2'9 with a rider who had previously never sat on her before. Cedric: Spotty 12.2hh (128cm)gorgeous spotty 13yr old competition gelding. This loving chap has been with us here now at DMF as a livery for the last 3yrs. He is now sadly outgrown and looking for a new jockey to continue having fun with. Cedric is not a novice ride, he is super quick and super fun! A major contender in all of his jumping competitions and rarely returns without a red ribbon to show for it! He absolutely loves xc and is bold and brave at all fences, even if his jockey is not so! Cedric moves very nicely however, he has been too hot headed with us to have much success in the show ring or dressage arena. He can be strong and fizzy but always safe. Cedric loves to hack, he rides at the front, middle or the back and is extremely trustworthy.
