Vango Airbeam Kinetic 600 Protex mm waterproof and durable together with a footprint (groundsheet that goes under the fitted groundsheet of the tent and basically keeps the tent clean)... fitted carpet and front awning which extends the tent - good for longer stays and means you can use tent on its own for weekends if you want a smaller space that's quicker to pitch. Bedroom has divider so you can have as one big bedroom or divide into 2 separate rooms. It has been used about 8 times, mainly weekends but occasionally for a week... still waterproof, some bits have faded in colour but this doesn't affect the use of it. Outwell Montana 6 man tent. Great condition. Only used approx six nights. A real bargain for all this at only £295 ONO The porch/extension (whatever you want to call it) alone was over £200 new, check on the internet. This is included in the price. Only selling this great family tent as it is too big for the two of us. Porch only erected once. Porch is great for cooking under when weather is bad or for sitting under when sunny. The porch is shown in the second pic. The tent door flap is open in the first pic. Two separate bedrooms at the back, fits three people in each. The front section is very spacious, can easily fit six chairs and a table, while still leaving plenty of space. Easy standing room with plenty of headroom all round. The tent has a built in groundsheet to protect from insects and rain. We're also including a cut to measure foot print. All pegs and the tent comes in a trolly bag which is also included. Reflective strong guide ropes. Cable entry if you need hook up, but we never needed electric so never bothered getting a cable. The two bedrooms can be made into one very large one by unzipping the middle section between the two bedrooms. Fire retardant. The tent also features organiser pockets for storage. Secure and very effective fly screens to all windows and doors. The sealed ground system and the Outwell power stability system creates a great tent. Easy to pitch in one go.

Outwell Oakland XL 5 PERSON TENT PLUS FITTED CARPET AND FRONT SUN PORCH.

This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine.
