This is such a good family size tent that is hard to find anything that compares to its size and build standard currently in the market. It's the suncamp Eden 800 Sleeps 8 - back bedroom can be decided into two. Also separate twin bedroom (never used) Sown in bottom sheet throughout. Separate kitchen area with front door. Full size carpet for living room. Foot print. Spare pegs. This tent is water tight, and in great condition. It's only been used a couple of times since new as we bought a caravan not long after, so this has been stored ever since. It has a small tare in the outside skirt. This doesn't effect the tent at all. It would easy sow/glue back up. It's purely cosmetic!! Thus cost over £ so grab a bargain and make the most of the summer.
