Selling a fabulous fal pro 'silver' turnout with zip out neck. Rug is 450gm filling. 6'9"rug just washed and reproofed to sell. This rug cost over£200 new and has been used lightly but is just too warm for my boy so I am selling. He has rubbed the material on the neck and rump but Otherwise the rug and fasteners are still in great condition. I have also photo'd the lining at the very bottom of he rug as this has has started to peel following its wash and reproof makes no difference to the rug but just wanted to show the picture. Very sad sale of a lovely rug, unfortunately doesn't fit my horse, hardly used bought last year. Rug has been washed and reproofed for sale. It's a 6ft 9, in very good condition with the hood. Some information on the rug The Falpro Viking 400g Turnout Rug is tough and durable. This rug has a superbly comfortable fit and offers a layered construction. denier ballistic waterproof and breathable nylon outer, silver interactive lining, seperate duvet liner, absortben blotting layer, no side seams, matrix belt fittings, easy clean fillet string, detachable neck cover. Unique to the Viking rugs is a "layering" system. The dual purpose of this construction is to make the rug completely waterproof whilst as the same time virtually eliminating condensation. Conventional rugs can suffer from condensation forming on the inside of the shell. This drastically reduces the breathability of the rug, just when it is needed the most. Fal Pro's layering system ensures that the breathability of the outer fabric performs to specification throughout a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. In fact the hotter the horse becomes, the more cooling air is drawn in between the layers of the rug which in effect provides a dynamic temperature control. In the Viking an extra layer is incorporated next to the outer shell, which blots any moisture that may occur thus aiding even further the elimination of condensation. Sorry no returns

Details about   6'0" Fal Pro Viking 40g turnout rug Silver

For sale is a Fal Pro Viking detachable neck 40g turnout rug in size 6'0" bought second hand last year, used lightly for a year,   It has been cleaned and reproofed this summer.  The binding has faded a bit and looks more pink than red in colour. Neck attached via zips and velcro both in good working condition and it has the silver interactive lining. There is a tare in the lining at the top of the neck(just come away from the binding) and there is a tare in the front chest reinforcer, the lining around the skirt of the rug is perishing(seems to happen to the Fal rugs, doesn't affect the use of the rug) Just a tad small for my horse, hence selling. Clips may have rust forming on them, but are in working condition, and I think the Fal badge has cracks in it. Any questions will be answered asap. Photos to be added later, including the minor faults listed above. Payment to be received within 48 hours of auction ended, otherwise I will relist it. FAL PRO VIKING T/O Heavy Rug Red I purchased it as a reserve for my old horse. It is 6'3 and has been used once since I bought it. It had no neck. I had rings fitted so that I could attach neck if nexessary. It is a lovely rug but has a small tear on the nearside, just above the front straps but would not take much to repair. It is big and roomy and has plenty depth to it as all Fal Rugs do. It does not have leg straps at back though. When worn it doesn't move.
