Lightweight easy up Porch Awning for Caravan

This is a used Base Camp XL porch awning As shown in the images, it is intact and in reasonable condition. It is extremely useful as an awning as it is so quick and easy to erect (less than 10 minutes) and is very lightweight - only 8.35kg. There are three 'shock corded fibre glass' poles all of which are in good working order with no breakages. There is also a spare pole piece should it be needed. The pole sleeves are re-enforced oxford nylon and again are in good condition with no tears. There are three separate window panels, all of which can be removed if required. It comes complete with ladders and storm guys (but no pegs). The whole awning rolls down into a very handy carry bag which measures approximately 70cm long by 25 cm diameter. The awning, when up against the caravan measures 200cm out from the van, by 240cm tall and 275cm across. All instructions and original paperwork are in the bag with the awning. We purchased this awning secondhand from an internet auction site while we were on holiday in August and we used it for two weeks. We chose this particular awning as my son has an identical one which is a perfect fit on his caravan and very easy to put up. I am a 67yr old female with arthritis in my spine and put the porch up on my own in about 15 mins.. It has space for our four person caravan table and chairs, two storage boxes, waste bin and small mobility scooter. It kept everything dry but our caravan is only a 14ft two berth older caravan and we hadn't measured the height of the awning rail which we found was not tall enough to make the awning fit snugly to the caravan sides as our rail slopes and regretfully I cant find a way to rectify that problem without having to get it professionally done. I have tried everything else. I had it delivered by carrier to the site, with permission of the owner, and it the carriage cost me £9.00. It was taken to a drop off point by the seller on Friday evening and we received it at the site Monday morning about 11am, so I am happy to send by carrier at an agreed cost on top of the purchase price or collection in person would be welcome from NN12.
