Item is in very good condition no marks or scratches and has rarely been used over the last 2 years. It seemed like a good investment at the time, but as time went on we were less enthusiastic and has been gathering dust over the last year as my wife was pregnant so could not use it. It has a number of key features including a maximum speed of 16KPH, 12 levels of incline from a slight slope to steep, hand grip sensors to tell you your pulse rate, automatic safety cut off, digital console to tell you your speed and calories burned, a number of pre programmed courses to run/walk on,water bottle holder and you can connect your phone/mp3 to the built in speakers It is mains powered and can be folded away when not in use. Maximum user weight is 110kg. There is a how to fact sheet so you can maintain the treadmill. Apart from the cost of the electric the only additional cost is for the lubricant for the belt. I do have a small tub left to get you going but this can be easily ordered online. Measurements are Size H133,W85,D104CM, When folds dimensions are H148,W85,D168CM The treadmill is heavy and bulky so you would need a van to transport, it does have wheels which means it can be pushed.
