Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Lady Sandfire. an ex RAF Launch converted to a static houseboat, offering comfortable accommodation with the potential to create further living space. Lady Sandfire has been thoughtfully converted, keeping a classic look internally whilst making the most of the layout to provide good accommodation. Entrance is into a good sized lounge area, extremely light and spacious, with a classic finish. A small flight of steps lead down to the galley area, with plenty of work space and storage, together with fridge/freezer, combi microwave, sink and hot water boiler. There is a pressurised water system. A corridor leads to a double bedroom with the same classic finish, with a door off to the bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment and toilet. Steps from the other end of the lounge lead to two further rooms that are ready for finishing, that could be for example a second double cabin and a further living area. There has been lots of work done on the boat in the last 6 months. the exterior has been repainted, after any work on the hull needed was complete, and the entire roof has now been made water proof before again being painted. Internally, there is access to the hull throughout, both at the sides and the floor. There is good outside space available to enjoy the surroundings, and the boat can stay where she is subject to the mooring owners agreement, which is between Rochester and Chatham, ideal if you want town centre living. Lady Sandfire offers comfortable and affordable accommodation, and can be comfortably lived on whilst the conversion is completed.
