SG ModelSure, Angus of AC / DC probably had his even going to bed, but the young Eric Clapton thomann - at that time with Cream - and Mick Taylor with the Rolling Stones also used an SG and created thereby many classics. Not quite as tight in the bass as Sister Paula, but very lively and also aggressive, the SG is for many the rock guitar par thomann excellence. But also blues sounds can be elicited - especially with the neck position pickup. The G400 comes very close to the much more expensive original in these disciplines. Epiphone SG G-400 worn cherry electric guitar ()

For sale is my beloved Epiphone SG G-400 in worn cherry (a satin finish). It has Grover tuners, fitted with Rotosound 10s strings and plays excellently. The neck is straight and true and it's got excellent sustain. I bought this as my first guitar back in and have loved learning on it. It's a very playable neck, pickups sound great and it feels lovely. I've looked after this guitar, it's in excellent condition, the only wear is on the back strap button where my strap has worn a slight mark and on one side where my strumming arm has worn the satin finish to a shiny gloss effect due to all the hours of playing that I've done on it. There are no scratches, dents or dings which is quite rare for a guitar bought in December . The guitar left Epiphone on 10th November . If you would like additional photos please contact me. The only reason that I'm selling it is that I've now got a Gibson Les Paul and can't justify having two double humbucker guitars. It comes in it's original box with all the case candy that shipped with it. These are £250 new from Andertons but why not get one that you know is good! I still have the original knobs and scratch plate to be sold with the guitar. Both the guitar and case are in immaculate condition. Korean Epiphone Custom Writing this is painful, but needs must. Was listed 6 months ago and I managed to escape selling it, but now I really need the cash. For sale is my nice old Epi Custom, Unsung (KOREAN) made. Was arctic white, till I took the top off:-D If the love hearts aren't to your liking, they come straight off!! Changes Original 60s Bumblebee cap on the neck pup Neck pickup is still the original Epiphone, this is a stunning pick up! Bridge pup replaced with a reversed SD59 Neck (I like neck tones) Tusq nut installed, single best change made to any Epiphone I have owned. Aftermarket bridge and pins, Stop tail. Top-wrapped but the Bridge is new enough that you could string it 'properly' without noticing too easily. Epiphone grovers replaced with real ones! The wiring could use a look at (or a rework) but the tones that come out of it at the moment are stunning for an Epi. My dads Gibson studio is no match at all! No trades, as cash is needed atm. Sadly, will need a new set of strings on. These are a bit...... ew. Will post at the buyers cost if it comes to it, but this could really do with being picked up. Read More
