This boat is a Selway Fisher designed Swamcott dory. Its a very stable boat, ideal for raids, and family sailing. Its ready to sail, and comes with good quality bespoke sails, breathable cover, anchor, built in buoyancy compartments, with hatches, so can be used for storage, and a bolt on outboard engine bracket. There is also a galvanised trailer, with new tyres. The boat is seven years old, and in good condition, and has had little use. With a boom tent, it could easily be converted for a sleep aboard. I live in Worcester, but the boat is currently in Christchurch Dorset, and could be available for viewing or collection, by appointment. Used Enterprise Sailing Dinghy Been stored outside for last two years but under the cover for both. Boat comes with everything needed to sail it. This includes: main sail, jib, both sets of sheets, rudder and tiller extension, along with road trailer and a launching trolley which sits secured on to the road trailer when towing. Everything on the boat works but is by no means new. Sail number () and hull number () are different due to sails being replaced as were too worn to be used. Front Buoyancy tank has been repaired. New jib sheets have been put in only used twice. New tyres and bearings on the road trailer Perfect boat for cruising and I have used it for racing. Enterprise Sailing Dinghy- GRP fibreglass with fibreglass bow and side decks. Dinghy comes with aluminium mast, Rapide road/launch trailer and Team Purple over boom cover. All sheets, stays and equipment is present including paddle, bailer and burgee. The sails include a small jib, a bigger jib (genoa) and a main sail with battens. There are in addition a couple of older sails. The jib and the main are "Jack Holt Powersails" and the main has the number E K. The Dinghy has not been sailed for 3 years and has been stored at the side of the house - outside, but in a sheltered location. It probably needs a wee bit of TLC - for example the side and bow deck could do with paint being touched up. I would guess from the sails and the Jack Holt sticker on the mast that the Dinghy is originally from London, but I bought it and sailed it in Scotland. I brought it to Largs when I moved there with the intention of continuing to sail, but my son has moved away, I am getting older and I have decided that it is not going to happen. It is therefore best to sell the Dinghy to someone that might be able to make use of it. If you have any further questions please email me.
