You are bidding on a used Full size, black, comfort bridle from Rhinegold. This is the German leather version of the Heritage bridle, to which it is otherwise identical. The soft padding around the ears, and the cushioned headpiece make this bridle very comfortable to wear. The bridle is about 8 years old, and the chin cushion and flash nose band are NOT original. The chin cushion is actually brown, but this does not show. The bridle has only been used on one horse, and although he had other bridles I always came back to this one, because it outlasted others, and the leather stayed soft and supple. This bridle is well used, and is not show quality, but it has plenty of life left, and is ideal for schooling or hacking. I am only letting it go because my horse is retired, and it needs to be used.

This bridle is full size and comes complete with a 5 inch staonless steel waterford snaffle bit. It's a comfort type padded all over where the noseband headpiece strap threads over the top. The bridle has been used more than the reins which have has little use. There is a little rust on the rein buckles but only a little. Leather work is nice and supple and I am not 100 percent that it is English but decent any way. First class posta offered.

Absolutely fantastic padded leather comfort bridle from English Bridles, so soft and supple! Only a year old so still in great condition, perfect for shows or at home. Lovely deep havana brown with curved diamanté browband, this bridle is fully adjustable on both sides with gorgeous padding for headpiece and noseband for the ultimate in comfort. It also has a cut away headpiece to allow more room for the horse's ears. I've tried to show the sparkle on the browband but it didn't really work! My horse and I love this bridle and I'm only selling it as I'm changing to black tack - I will be buying an identical one to replace it! This bridle will fit a large pony or small cob. Measurements - all approximate. Bit to bit over the poll, minimum 33 inches, max 39 inches Noseband, min 30 inches, max 33 inches Throatlash, min 24.5 inches, max 28 inches when buckled.. Browband - 14 inches. Flash measures about 29 inches. Buckle ends for bit, these have signs of pinching which can be seen in the photo, but no break to the leather which is still fine to hold a bit.  Comes with a pair of rubber reins which are well used, complete with rubber rein stops. Has been used on our pony for a couple of months however she has grown since we brought her, no real wear and tear, a slight indent on the noseband however this isn't noticeable (only if you're picky!) and the usual mark where the buckles have sat in place of the holes, all in all a very smart, posh bridle. The EB flat padded comfort bridle made real English leather, has a cut back headpiece which positions the bridle behind the horse's ears and relieves pressure on the poll. This bridle comes with brass fastenings and the clip cheek pieces, plain browband and an inch cavesson noseband.. No reins included. Brought new for £110 a couple of months ago.
