Unusual antique lady and gentleman’s chairs – collector’s item These 2 rather old chairs (one for a lady and one for a gentleman) – collector’s item - could be a lovely project if someone was looking to upholster back to original condition. Wear and tear to fabric (scratches on legs) as per photographs - one wheel has come loose but probably just needs screwing back in tightly. Chinese chess set - collector's item

Chinese chess set in solid padded box. We have lost the original paperwork but we bought the set in China about 30 years ago & were told the box is wood, the covering is silk & the pieces are hand carved cow bone. The detail on the pieces is good enough to see the expression on the faces (the white horse looks very happy!). We've kept the set purely as decoration but it could be used for the game because the pieces are clearly defined, tactile & a good size (eg the king is cm tall).
