I got married at the end of may , this stunning stunning dress was so beautiful on and I recieved so many compliments on the day as it is just so unusual. Is all beaded so has a fair bit of weight to it ! Its size 12, I am 5 ft 4 and had the dress taken up an inch all the way around at the bottom. I also had a loop put in underneath at the back so I could hold it all up,which I did on a few occasions. The dress is in immaculate condition as we had pure sunshine on the day! A stunning vintage Eliza Jane Howell dress, Delilah. Worn once on my wedding day in September and has been professionally dry cleaned. Having tried on MANY dresses, this one just made me feel lovely and not at all self conscious. It hangs nicely and with all the intricate beading and detail I really did feel super special and lovely in it! For me, having two little ones, I wanted a dress that I could move in and also be comfortable to pick up my boys easily. I am 5ft 9inches and wore 3 inch heels and had a slight bit off the length to fit. Hello, I am selling my beautiful Eliza Jane Howell Violet wedding dress. The dress has not been dry cleaned but is in perfect condition minus a teeny tear on the bottom at the back which is not at all visible and could be repaired if you wish! From the Debutante collection, I bought this beautiful, heavily embellished dress at the beginning of the year for over £. It is really important to me that it is not wasted sitting in my wardrobe, hence the low selling price! The dress is a size 14 with no alterations - I am a size 12 but it could also fit a size 10 with some minor alterations, it just depends on what kind of fit you are looking for. Personally, I preferred a looser, more comfortable fit for the day. The train has been removed for ease of walking/dancing, although it has lots of beads its really light and comfortable to wear, looks beautiful when dancing! This is a size 10 although it has been taken in as the shop size 10 is very generous so it is now more like a small size 10 or large size 8. The dress length comes to just above the floor.
