Eliza Jane Howell Dress

This is a Jupiter dress by Eliza Jane Howell. Perfect for a winter wedding, or an autumn, spring or summer one! I bought it from the Conniston Road sample shop for £. It is the only Jupiter dress made as she then changed the design to the Angelica dress. It is exactly the same as the Angelica but has the motif on the shoulder. I added the feathers but these are tacked on so can be removed easily. Underneath is a small beaded motif. It is rushed over the tummy so it's forgiving when you've eaten! I also added a hook and button in the back so you can lift the train for dancing. I'm giving this veil with the dress. It's a cathedral length and really added to the drama of it! Eliza Jane Howell Wedding dress 'Jayne', worn once and dry cleaned. Bought in summer for September wedding . Bought from The Wedding Room in Nottingham for £. Size 12 although had some small tucks in the back, and had the length taken up. I am 5 ft 7 and wore heels with a 3.5inch heel. I had a button on the underskirt and outerskirt with 2 hardly noticeable hooks added to both layers to hook the puddle train up, button on outerlayer came off on the night. So if you wanted to hook it up you could have a small button attached as I did which is shown in one of the pics. Jewellery at the back is not part of the dress. Read more

A stunning vintage Eliza Jane Howell dress, Delilah. Worn once on my wedding day in September and has been professionally dry cleaned. Having tried on MANY dresses, this one just made me feel lovely and not at all self conscious. It hangs nicely and with all the intricate beading and detail I really did feel super special and lovely in it! For me, having two little ones, I wanted a dress that I could move in and also be comfortable to pick up my boys easily. I am 5ft 9inches and wore 3 inch heels and had a slight bit off the length to fit. If you would like to try on and look at the dress without any obligation to buy, totally happy for you to meet me in London or come to my house in Hertfordshire. I know the pressure of trying to find the right dress and make the right decision. I am quite self conscious about my size, but the dress made me feel curvaceous and feminine.
