This 4 berth Elddis Avante 524 is in good condition for its age. It is very clean inside and comes from a non smoking family. It is a popular layout with 2 singles or a 'pull out' double in the front of the caravan, the dinette in the midsection of the caravan can be transformed into bunk beds. In the rear of the caravan there is a very spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, vanity unit and large separate shower cubicle. The front section of the caravan has a lounge area, overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people and has a roof light for extra brightness. The 2 seater dinette, can be converted into 2 sturdy bunks (with ladder and safety rail), with curtain that draw round. The kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, and a 3-way Thetford fridge (mains/battery/electric). The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both work off electric and gas. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a fly screens, blackout blinds and curtains. The chassis is fitted with a winterhoff stabiliser and the caravan is fitted with twin (black and grey) 7 pin towing electrics. A converter can be purchased separately to fit 13 pin. The very spacious end bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet, a separate large shower cubicle, sink, bathroom cabinet, wardrobe and mirror.
