Caravan 5 Berth Elddis Xscape with Awning

We have for sale our much loved 5 berth Elddis Xscape  caravan, it comes with lots of accessories including a full Sunncamp Platinum large awning. The caravan has blown air heating, hot and cold water, shower, Thetford cassette toilet, oven, grill and 4 burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Sony CD player/radio, TV aerial, alloy wheels, winterhoff hitch lock, alarm, fully removable carpets, fly screens and blinds to all windows and door, external blown air heating, omnivent two-way extractor fan (brilliant for cooling the caravan down in hot weather and for extracting cooking smells) external BBQ point and electric socket, external locker, Heki rooflight, spare tyre. Everything is in full working order and comes with instruction booklets (see pics). We are also including Plates, bowls, cups, glasses, kids plates and cups, cutlery, salad bowl and servers, serving spoons, 2x camping chairs plus pink child's camping chair, water pump, leisure battery, gas bottle and a large blue and grey Sunncamp awning which we bought brand new 4 years ago from the dealers along with our caravan and has hardly been used so is in immaculate condition, the awning has curtains for all windows. We will include pegs too! It is a lightweight small caravan which helps with storage but once inside it feels light, airy and surprisingly spacious! The caravan is in good condition with only the expected wear and tear for a family van of its age. It has a small chip on the worktop, this has been filled and really does not impede on the overall interior of this cosy van! The van has never had any damp and is smoke and pet free. This has been a fantastic caravan for our family, being extremely versatile, the rear of the caravan can be used as a double bed on its own so a couple could use it as a fixed bed or you can put a single bunk over so it would sleep 3, there is a curtain that pulls round so that area can be separate from the rest of the caravan. At the front are 2 sofas that make a double bed which sleeps 2. Elddis Affinity 540 purchased in May berth caravan with dealer fitted 110 watt solar panel system and two 110 batteries so we never need to use electric. It has a fixed bed and end bathroom. The caravan is as new, used only half a dozen times, Fitted with ATC anti snake, alloy wheels. Due to the age of the caravan it obviously has no problems or faults. It is in mint condition.
