Excellent condition, inside and out. Totally dry. No leaks or damp anywhere. This is the popular version with the rear washroom. The toilet (empty from outside), the shower, the large vanity unit and hand basin, together with large wardrobe and dressing area, are all in a separate area at rear of caravan. This area is behind a door, which means that one person can shower, dress etc. in privacy whilst their partner cooks breakfast! Hot water is provided by electric or gas. 3 way Electrolux fridge(electric, gas, or 12 volt battery), 3 burner gas hob, grill and oven. Gas heater. The 2 front seats convert into king size double bed. All upholstery in very good condition. Caravan comes complete with gas bottle, good 12 v leisure battery, electric hook up mains cable, aquaroll fresh water container, waste water container, spare wheel, jack, TV aerial, steps, water pump....all the essentials for caravanning. Lightweight (823 KGS) and easy to tow. Local delivery can be arranged.
