As with many caravans this age there has been some water ingress at the front and this will require some attention. It is still in useable condition. Elddis typhoon xl berth single axle caravan. Has had damp previously but is dry now. 3 ring hob gas cooker and gas fire. All appliances work. Has a radio in. Needs a couple of microswitches on the hot taps. Never replaced them as if the cold tap is open slightly the water stays running through. Floor is slightly spongy. Slight belly on one wall where the damp was. Caravan is great still has use in it Only selling due to upgrading to a bigger caravan as family have outgrown. Viewing recommended. Small kettle, toaster & electric fan heater included. All paperwork & instructions. Window seal on front leaked but repaied now. Tyres fine, tows brilliant. Last used three weeks ago. BAD POINTS... Two broken window arms, Aerial for tv not working,broken poit on the dish on caravan roof..Caravan had a bump on left front before we bought it more than 2 years ago so has some marks there but not caused us any problems. All upholstery in good condition, carpets fine, curtains a bit faded but all blinds ok. Motor mover tested today & in perfect working order. Read More
