IT IS IN A MAHOGANY FRAME THAT IS 21.5 INCHES HIGH BY 27 INCHES WIDE. THE SILVERING HAS A FEW FOXING SPOTS ON IT BUT IS STILL PERFECTLY USABLE THE MIRROR IS ON TAPERING SQUARE SUPPORTS THAT HAVE INLAID SATIN WOOD TRAM LINES DOWN THEM. ON TOP THERE ARE BRASS URN SHAPED FINIALS THE SUPPORTS ARE ATTACHED TO A GALLERY BACK ON THE TOP OF THE DRESSING TABLE. This dressing table is a lovely solid piece. I bought it with the intention of doing a chalk paint and wax finish, which would be perfect for the shape and the ornate handles. However, having ignored it for over a year, I am admitting defeat and selling it on, with the tin of chalk paint too if you'd like it! Please note that I have altered the piece by cutting off 2 strips that joined the legs on each side. I have a photographed this.
