I bought Eclair DC12 and all of these problems disappear within a couple of days. I moved to a house few months after buying this product. Fortunately, the house has normal humidity levels and I have never used the dehumidifier since then. If you live in a dump property and suffer from high humidity levels we highly recommend this product to you. It has a compact design and it is capable of extracting up to 12 litres of moisture per day. For me the best features that made me buy it in the first place was it's large 3.5 litres water collection tank, the laundry mode allowing you to dry cloths in 2-4 hours, and the ability to select your own humidity level (when that level is reached, the dehumidifier turn itself off). Easy to use dehumidifier. Just plug in and switch on. It will suck moisture from the air and cut out when it is full. The plastic container is removed from the back to pour out water.
