Click here to view this lot Rare PAUL BREGUETTE chronograph, manual wind, from the s/50s.The PAUL BREGUETTE fashion house was founded in by EBEL to begin selling their products in North America.The watch contains the esteemed Valjoux 77 calibre, with column wheels, hallmarked Paul Breguette, incabloc. Plated casing measures 34 mm (excluding crown), with snap-in steel caseback. The backing, hallmarked on the inside, on the outside bears the writing "Stainless Steel Back ChromiumPlated Base Metal Bezel" Mineral crystal in good condition. The dial seems to be original, with a light patina, and large counters at the 6 o'clock mark (continual seconds) and the 12 o'clock mark (chronograph, minutes).The movement and the chronograph part function, but the maintenance history is not known. Cleaning and lubrication are recommended.The watch has a used leather strap measuring 22 cm, including the casing.The photos provide a correct impression and are an integral part of the description.Insured shipping with tracking.
