Here we have, 'Charader' a Eastwood 24 cruiser. She has been taken out of the water in , treated with new anti foul, resprayed and, completely refurbished inside to give much more space and a modern look. We are selling, as we want to go for a larger boat. She is in excellent condition, and a great example of a much sought after cruiser. Reconditioned Renault DTN 37 hp inboard petrol engine. Starts and runs smoothly and very economically. Access to the engine is easy, by way of the floor panels, which also have storage and the water tank, heater, pump and filters easily accessible. Boat Safety Certificate valid until . New Canopy April . Great condition. New cockpit carpet just fitted. She comes with a much sought after mooring at Garstang Marina, on the lovely Lancaster canal. 42 miles of lock free cruising in the beautiful Lancashire countryside. This is, of course subject to Garstang Marina approval. The mooring has electricity and water supply next to the boat. She has a very comfy memory foam mattress, specially made to fit the bow sleeping area, which has a removable and washable cover. All the seating in the cockpit and saloon is new, and vinyl covered for easy cleaning. The ceiling has been clad in upvc panelling with metal strip inserts. Hot water system installed. The galley area has a 2 ring gas stove and grill and a sink and worktops with cupboards and draws beneath. A brand new fridge is situated on top of the engine compartment access box. The head compartment has been modified to accommodate a shower unit, if required and, has a new and unused flush cassette toilet plumbed into the water system. A nice spacious toilet on a boat of this type is a rarity. 12v and 240v electrics, with new plug sockets. Heating is supplied by an oil filled bar heater, which is brand new. Outside, all the screws and bolts that were not stainless steel, will have been removed, sealed, and replaced with quality stainless steel ones. All deck fittings, cleats rails and vent etc are stainless steel. The gel coat is in great condition and shines up a treat with some wax polish.
