Eagle 525 Trailer-Sailor called 'Beagle' in Good Condition with nearly new sails.

Considered by some to be the 'Rolls-Royce' of trailer-sailors. The Eagle 525 is tried and tested and is a very manageable pocket cruiser that can be rigged single handed in around half an hour and can be launched in 18" of water. They are ideal for rivers and estuaries with the ability to trail and explore waters further afield. They have always been popular because they are light to tow, easy to launch and recover, relatively safe in heavy weather, and fun to sail. An outstanding feature of the Eagle 525 is the large cockpit size, at around 7' 6" long, four adults can sit in comfort. The boat is directionally stable but always tacks readily. The accommodation supposedly offers up to four berths in one cabin ! A double (child's) berth forward, with two quarter berths aft. Beagle has a nearly new () main and genoa. There is roller-reefing on the genoa and slab reefing on the main. Beagle has many extras fitted including VHF radio, LED navigation lights, depth/speed log, steering compass, wind speed/direction indicator and solar panel to charge the on board gel battery. Wayfarer Sailing Dinghy wooden deck, nearly new sails and trailer

This is my much loved Wayfarer dinghy that I have owned for 25 years. She is the best of both worlds having a wooden deck and GRP hull She is fitted with the original Collars wooden mast but has new standing Rigging. The main and Genoa are around 5 years old but have had little use. There is also a working jib that came with the boat. Main has a set of reef points making the boat perfect for single handing. She comes with a good quality boom up cover, a cockpit tent for overnighting, a pair of oars and rowlocks and an anchor. The trailer was new 4 years ago and is in very good condition. Sails - main and jib in good condition

These sails were from a Squib 19. The main is windowed, battened, has 'tell tales' on the leech and single slab reefing. The Luff = 6m & Foot = 2.6m. The jib is hanked, also windowed and has 'tell tales'. The Luff = 5.3m & Foot = 2.35m. Both sails are clean, in good condition, no repairs and are still fairly crisp. 2 x Squib sails £380.
