Stunning dressage/jumping/show pony for sale

Very sadly, my daughter has outgrown her super pony and we need to find a loving family home for him. Monty (Mount Pleasant Dark Secret) is a 13.3hh black 11 year old gelding. Welsh with 14% Arab (bloodlines back to ) making him a super allrounder for a lucky child. He has a lovely temperament and is a kind loving nature. He has competed at PC - SJ,XC and a super dressage test, scoring 70%+. He is currently jumping 70 xc and 80 sj regularly jumping 1m at home but we feel he is happy at 80 at the moment as my daughter is too big for him. He is a careful jumper who doesn't like to touch a jump. He always comes home with a rosette in whichever discipline and has won many show classes at various levels including Reserve Supreme Champion at PC show and won all classes entered last year at one show both in showing and show jumping - coming home with 5 firsts. He is very flashy in the ring and very fast in a jump off. He is not strong and is snaffle mouthed and out hacking is extremely light mouthed. He's good in traffic, to box and shoe. Monty would suit a confident child or a young family as he is perfectly calm to lead about/groom etc if need be but will step up to the mark in a competition. He currently lives with another horse although lived alone perfectly happily for a year prior that. He hacks in company or alone. Has lived in and out quite happily. I am a size 10 to 12 ladies size and it fit me with breathing/riding room!!   Has Velvet/Velour Collar & Glamourous Gold satin lining with Gold Piping to Collar Edge and Pockets!! I have personalised with Crystal Effect Buttons (to jazz it up like an Equiport Jacket these cost £400 + new)  ... The buttons can easily be removed and plain buttons sewn back on !!!   The jacket has been worn so will show signs of wear for example the velour/velvet on collar is worn slightly but not noticeable when worn!!!   In my opinion the jacket is in well above average used condition with plenty of Shows left in it!!! Competitive Gentleman, Jumping & XC Machine

(Video Available - MESSAGE FOR VIDEO) 16.3hh, 11 year old, Irish Sport Horse Gelding. Alfie has 3 correct, uphill paces combined with a bold, scopey jump. Being typically Irish, passported at 11 years old, vets have suggested he is 2 years younger judging by his teeth. He is being sold through no fault of his own. His rider is currently doing her GCSE’s so sadly doesn’t have time for him. He has proven to be a delightful mother-daughter share in the meantime but with so much potential and a love for work, he deserves to go on and have a purpose! Alfie has hunted in Ireland and over here with the Blackmore & Sparkford Vale and the Taunton Vale Stag Hounds (for anyone who doesn’t know, they are both serious hunts with big jumps!) He has also been a reliable member of a successful Team Chase team. He is a fun, up the front, jump anything (ANYTHING!) hunter who lasts all day. He can be strong so is not a beginners Hunter. Having said this, he is hugely versatile and has proved his competence in all phases. Alfie is jumping consistently round 1m with the odd fence at 1.20m. He’s also working nicely in a consistent rounded outline with a soft, elastic contact on the flat. Alfie is a super genuine lad who tries hard to please in anything he does. He is a gentleman to manage on the ground. Hacks alone and in company. Easy shoe, clip, load, vet, travel etc. NO vices, sarcoids or bad habits. Good feet, straight moving (does not dish or plait) 100% genuine horse. He has taken part in many Fun Rides and Beach rides, often having to lead horses into water & over fences. Alfie has been to Pony Club Camp with a young teenage girl and done Area Eventing, Team showjumping and Hunter Trials with great success.
