Fresh antifouling, Exterior wood varnished, cockpit +cabin floor stained and varnished, Main and Mizzen masts in good order, as are their booms. Recent cockpit covers, new window Perspex and s/s screws, Reluctantly included is the “ever reliable” Yamaha 8hp 2 stroke engine bought new for the boat in serviced every 50hrs 6 stamps in service book, starts first pull, runs lovely, flat fuel tank, rigging in good order. Mooring lines: a pair of oars. The trailer is in OK working order bearings adjusted & greased working winch, the rollers have seen better days and the tyres are starting to perish but should do for this season.
