Once the tour finished he signed the amp! The amp was fully serviced by Essex amps. It is fantastic condition and comes with a Roqsolid Padded Cover. Everything works just as it should. This is a beautiful sounding amp and is much the best a vox based 4-EL84 amp gets. It can do clean country, to blues and heavy rock styles just by using the volume know on the guitar. Sadly this stunning amp is not getting used much anymore so it is time to let it go to someone else who can appreciate it. This is a like new ValveTech Hayseed 30 amp. They are very rare over here but are becoming very popular in the states. They are all hand made, usually to your own spec and retail at $. It's based on the old vox amps hence the pun on the name It's a 30 watt tube amp with valve bypass selector, a 15watt to 30 watt switch and master volume. 2 X 12 eminence Patriot speakers. It can be used in the house or in a live situation as it can get very loud. Recently had it serviced and re-valved at Guitar Aid in Putney, London. The build quality on this is incredible A few tiny scuffs on the tolex at the bottom front (pictured) Only selling it as I don't really require an amp of this size anymore. This is a beautiful hand wired Pinnacle with some incredible tones!! Sadly it's just too loud for me! Its essentially a Vox ac30 clone and was one of only 40 produced. It's in perfect order except for the cut control doesn't seem to work fully. This I feel is reflected in the price. 4 inputs- low gain and hi gain with 2 channels.. Refurbished Vintage 70's Vox Sound Ltd. (Dallas) AC30 Top Boost Vib Trem Guitar Amp.

A refurbished late 's Vox Sound AC30, interior shots showing the green phenolic PCB's used only for a couple of years from . Its highly likely that the cabinet is a little later, seeming to be one of the so called 'Limited Edition' Fawn cabs that Vox produced seemingly for much of the early '80's, with three brass vents, mottled cream tolex and three leather handles. When this came in the upper rear panel was a flimsy bit of fibreboard, so this has been replaced with a pine panel, recovered in matching tolex. Interior rear panel bearers have also been replced. The amp itself has been serviced with new smoothing caps, new power valves and bases and the pots and jacks cleaned, the amp has also been P.A.T. Tested. Everything works as it should, and having owned a number of these over the years, once warmed up properly, this is one of the quietest. Speakers aren't a match: one looks like a period McKenzie, the other possibly a Celestion, but I can't be sure. I'm pretty sure that they're both 'period-ish' as they both have shiny aluminium dust caps, which were prevalent during the 70's and 80's. Everything works as it should, including the Vib Trem-circtuit, via the original hard wired footswitch, and it's loud and chimey. Cosmetically, there's some knicks in the tolex around the lower edge, a pull in the grille cloth and wear to the leather handles, but nothing indicating abuse, just reasonable wear and tear for an amp pushing forty years old. It is in pristine condition!! ·   Description This  Dr. Z 25th Anniversary Carmen Ghia Head  is number 24of 50 in a special limited run that features this modern classic's original look—with a few choice updates. New features include a 16 ohm speaker output jack and a post phase inverter Master Volume. This gives you more control over volume levels without sacrificing any tone, as well as more usable clean headroom. Dial the Master Volume all the way up and you’ll be taking it completely out of the circuit. Very cool, and it adds a new level of flexibility to this already tried-and-true design.
