The condition is excellent. Theses stables have been erected for 15 years, they have been regularly treated with sandolin. They were built by Peter Bailey Premier  Stables from Loddon, Norfolk.This company have also just dismantled these stables and have stacked them in readiness to sell. This stable block also comes with a complete new set of roofing sheets and assembly.. The only replacements required are two facia boards and two over hang 3inch x 1inch. All  external and internal boards are in very good condition.   4 stables, 3 stables are 12ft x 12 ft and one is 12ft x 8ft. Premier Stables have valued this block in used condition and we are selling these dismantled with a complete NEW set of onduline roofing shets and capping sheets and assembly.
