Hutch in good condition, I have had the hutch for 18month, so it does have general ware and tear, some bunny gnawing, and claw marks on the ramp. One piece of wood on the roof has split but this does not affect the hutch/does not let water in. The hutch comes with thermal cover (rrp £45) which is tailored to fit. The cover fits perfectly to the hutch and all doors are accessible by the zips. Also included is a large run (rrp £60) measures approximately L180 x W120 x H60cm. Multiple doors - Two small side doors, 1 large top hatch, and 1 large side door (which I use to connect the run to the hutch).
