Dolls House Emporium April Cottage Quick Style House

'Quick Style' means the house came already papered and painted on the outside, plus the stairs, banisters and internal doors were also already painted, so it has an excellent finish. There are 6 good sized rooms including two in the attic. The instruction book is included along with the remaining pieces that need to be assembled. This house would be ideal for anyone who wants to do their own decorating as all the rooms bar one are yet to be worked on. The bottom right hand room has been papered but that's all. One set of stairs have been fitted but a second set remains to be done along with the banisters. There is plenty to do yet to make it your perfect home! This is a large Doll's House Emporium Doll's House from their Junior Collection, which would make a great present. It is in great used condition. Sadly, my daughter wasn't too into dolls so it didn't get much use. It is much larger than the ELC dolls houses.Its dimensions are: 885 x 630 x 340mm. It is very sturdy and has opening windows and shutters which appeal to younger children. As can be seen, it has 6 rooms and an attic. The front door has slight cracks to the paint, but it is otherwise in really lovely condition. Collection is advised, due to its size and weight, from Guildford Surrey. Bought in . Hardly used. Excellent Condition. House kit (un-built) worth £720 and the basement £470. Almost fully built (extra panels, front door, outside pillars and staircase not fitted). Extra pieces included, including top paneling (not in photo). Almost fully decorated (basement only has base-coat and attic hasn't got flooring in hallway and left room). 7 x wall lights. 1 x chandelier. 3 x lamps. Plus wiring and tools to fit lights. Altogether lights worth approx. £50. Stand included (made from a new white kitchen top, stood on wheels). Dimensions of House: 122cm x 101cm x 57cm.
