DOLLS HOUSE: the kit was produced by DeAgostini (Italy), in 1:12th scale, and measures 67cm x 31cm x 70cm h. BASEMENT: hand made in wood, then painted and covered with a brick finish, it measures 73cm x 43cm x 8cm h. DESCRIPTION: Six rooms on three floors, including attic. Two opening front panels and an opening roof panel. Fully decorated inside and out, but still customizable. It contains exceptional value furniture, accessories, wallpapers, flooring, and 1 set of dolls with beautiful clothes. The light inside the fireplace, and all the lamps in the house are working. The transformer is housed in the basement. Some items come from the DeAgostini magazines, others were bought from The Dolls House Emporium-UK. In the pictures you can see all the details. This is not a toy, as small items and lighting are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. This is a worderful Dolls House for collectors. SALES CONDITIONS: I recommend to pick up the item personally in Italy, as it is fragile. Of course, I can ship from Italy to other European countries, by express courier.
