Ready assembled, dolls house and basement for sale. Altogether includes 8 rooms, an entrance hall and curved staircase, all decorated and with lighting. Also including with this all furniture, small accessories, 10 dolls and 3 babies. The house, basement and furniture have been used (but not abused) so there are some minor damages. Needs some tender loving care and a good home. Perfect for collectors or children. Material: As far as I know the house and basement are made from MDF. The furniture is largely made of wood. Handmade Dolls House including all furniture and extras

I am selling my beautiful, very large, hand made dolls house with lots of furniture and extras due to not having the time. It comes with the large cabinet that it stands on that was also hand made especially for the house. All the furniture and extras that is in the dolls house is for sale and there is also a bag of spare furniture (not shown in pics). It comes with all the doors that have not yet been hung (shown in pics), architrave, skirting boards, banisters, lots of fabric, Perspex for the Windows and more. I made this dolls house for my daughter when she was around 10yrs old and since then it has been kept in a cardboard box in the cupboard! As she now has an 18mth old son it would cost too much to send to Poland where I am moving back to, so she has agreed to sell. I wired for the lights to work on a 12v battery, and apart from a bit of tlc here and there, it is in very good condition. All the items on the table are included and would with all the furniture and figures be stored in a suitable box for transporting. The cost back then to complete this was in excess of £!
