The Dolan Pre Cursa is a great starter track frame set. Although the Pre Cursa is often labelled as a starter frame, it has been put through its paces at the highest level winning many competitions such as Track World Cups. With its strong construction the Pre Cursa is used as a rental bike in Velodromes throughout Europe. This bike has only been used a handful of times as our club was dissolved so was them mothballed. It certainly was a great way of getting fit in a safe environment giving greater confidence for road cycling.

Hi there, I am selling my custom built Dolan Pre Cursa with smooth welds and a triple butted Aluminium frame. The frame size is 58cm. You can check the frame geometry on the Dolan website. It is in absolutely amazing condition, no marks or scratches whatsoever apart from the tiny chip showed on the photo. There is also a chip like that on the toptube and as soon as that happened I decided to sticker it up in order to protect it, and I also think that it looks great. Other than that it is literally perfect. Reason for sale is because I believe that a MTB will be much more suitable for my needs now and I don't want to rough this one up. Dolan Preffesio road bike 56cm frame Great winter bike or first road bike. I have made this bike up recently from the best parts I can get hold of. Some parts are new and some are used. They are all in excellent working order and it runs like a dream. Great looking bike too. Spec Lightweight aluminium frame with carbon forks 10 speed Shimano 105 front and rear mech and cassette (new), ultegra shifters and chainset FSA gossamer brakes Giant PA2 wheels set (covered less than 20 miles) Continental ultra sport gatorskin tyres (25mm). New with tubes. Kalloy Uno alloy stem 110mm (new) Strada compact lite bars 42cm (new) Bright red Deda bar tape Alpine seatpost Charge spoon saddle (new) I am 5’10” and it is perfect for me. Only points to add are that the frame previously had mudguards fitted so the usual wear marks are visible from this but performance is in no way affected. Also one of the bottle cage bolts has come loose within the frame so it spins. It could be replaced or a different kind of cage could be used. Again, no impact on performance.
