I have been training, breeding and showing German Shepherds for 30 years. In that time I have been both the Breed and the Working Representative of a large dedicated German Shepherd club. I believe that every dog can complete a basic level of training that will lead to a happier, more fulfilled life for the dog and the owner and I teach all owners to train their dogs with a positive, reward based method. My classes are both fun and informative and directed towards pet owners and those who wish to take their training to competition level. I have been training, breeding and showing German Shepherds for 30 years. In that time I have been both the Breed and the Working Representative of a large dedicated German Shepherd club. My dogs have been trained to Schutzhund level which includes tracking, obedience and protection work. In the show ring I have shown my own dogs and handled many others. The show ring is not only a breed showcase, but a sport in which a dog's character must be flawless. There are many aspects to training proper socialisation with your dog. Over the years I have worked with many different breeds, from Great Danes to Chihuahuas. I am very proud to have bred some outstanding puppies under the kennel name Fchsintal and have only ever bred from dogs with outstanding temperaments and impeccable health tests. Several of the photos on my site are of Fchsintal Brehz who is a working P.A.T. dog and of his sister Fchsintal Nneka who competes in Grade 6 agility. Each of these dogs have amazing owners who have the ability to bring out the best and I am eternally grateful to both Ian with Brehz and Lotte with Nneka.

A clicker is not a replacement for verbal or hand cues but if you think of the clicker as taking a picture of a behaviour we would like to be repeated, and rewarding your dog. We allow dogs to learn through having fun and not through fear. Our aim is to reward our dogs when they are being good and ignore them when we don't want a behaviour to repeated. We find dogs who are trained using a clicker learn behaviours much quicker.
