DIY Stable and shared grazing for rent in wickersley

We have a 13x13 stable for rent, rubber matting, automatic water drinkers, hay rack. The yard is shavings only, these can be bought off the owner or you can bring your own in. There is a shared hay barn and a place for storage of feed bins and grooming kit. Mucking out implements and barrows are available for you to use on site no need to provide your own. We have a 9acre field which is used for roughly August to the weekend before bonfire night. The time we move out into it is when the hay has been taken off. Weekend before bonfire night until end of may they are stabled at night and out in the day in out 3.5acre field next to the stables. It is all year round turn out. They then live out from the end of may until they move out until the weekend before bonfire night, bringing in time in depth of winter are around 3.45pm and example in time is now we bring in around 6pm, turn out happens around 7.30am-8am week days and weekends is am. The owner can turn out for a small fee as they have to be there to turn there horses out and bring in there horses. You can use your own Dentist, Farrier, and vets but if you so wish you can join in on the visits which the owner has for their horses and if you wish for a fee the owner can deal with your horse for the visit. As of May we will be looking for someone new to join us at The Paddock. This space will be for a DIY grass livery. We are considering a horse/pony that is comfortable being on their own or a pony and small companion - for when when ours are being ridden or stabled. We're a small family run livery yard based in Stithians (opposite the fairly new Spar shop) consisting of 8 acres. You'll have your own fenced off section off grass which you can do with as you wish, and a lock away for your tack. Water is available on site and we have a grass paddock for a school with some jumps that you're welcome to use when the ground isn't saturated! We're not an uptight yard, it's friends/family here, and past liveries have become the same. We're laid back and just happy hackers, not committed eventers and are content to just have a cuppa and groom our boys and chill out, or on occasion have barbecues in summer after we've bathed them; so we're looking for someone who's just as easygoing as we are.
