DIY or grass livery

I am currently looking for DIY or grass livery for my shire gelding. He is 6 years old and is currently standing at 18hh. He has previously been out with other horses so should have no problem mixing with others. For DIY we would need a larger stable as a is not big enough for him. Ideally we would like a menage, tack & feed room and would prefer a smaller quieter yard but won't rule anywhere out.
