I will only offer a refund for an item if it is grossly misrepresented in such as manner that the item is rendered unusable or not wearable such as missing parts, tear, set in stain (Note: this does not include a spot of removable make up, etc. as this will happen from time to time from being tried on in the store and although I am very careful to examine all articles of clothing I might miss a little spot). If an item has been decided that it is refundable, then item must be returned in the manner in which it was sold (i.e., if you bought something NWT, it must be returned NWT). Feedback: Buyers are looking for sellers with positive feedback and your feedback is important to me. l will leave feedback for the buyer once I know the buyer is happy with their purchase and I will know this by the feedback they leave for me. Items for sale: I obtain all new items through wholesale or from shelf pulls directly from the stores. I also buy items from estate sales and I consign items for others. I cannot guarantee environment from where consignment items come. I do not have time to wash estate sale items and it is reasonable to assume anyone would wash pre-owned clothing before wearing themselves and a lot of folks wash new clothing before wearing as well. Any out of the ordinary features, positive or negative, will be listed. I will not consign an article of clothing that smells like smoke. Some estate items may have a storage smell to them, but that should wash out. I will mention if an item has a storage smell in the listing, but as mentioned, this should wash right out. Consignment items will be noted with a (C) at the end of description. Cosmetics will always be new, but have been exposed to retail; therefore, boxes will sometimes have store stickers on them, but this is the exception and not the rule. Shipping: I will give discounts for shipping when buying multiple items. Please let me know if you are bidding on more than one item and I will combine your invoice and deduct what I can for shipping. Also, if you buy more than one item that offers free shipping I will try to give a small discount on those items as well because it saves me money to ship multiple items to the same buyer, so I will pass along those savings to you when possible. I will always ship the most economical way possible. If an article of clothing will fit in an envelope that is how I will ship it. If you would prefer a box, please let me know so that I may add the additional cost to the invoice. In some instances, especially if an item is heavy, it may be shipped UPS.
