Digital Home Safe (Combination Not Working/ Key Use Only)

Digital Home Safe. Please note: The keypad combination is not working, due to the inside battery compartment (requiring 4 AA batteries). When I bought the safe, brand new, many years ago, the battery compartment felt rather flimsy, and as a result, stopped working not long after purchase. Therefore, it only opens and locks with the two override keys that are included. Maybe somebody can manage to get the battery compartment functioning again. There is also a little crack to the plastic at the side of the handle just where the key lock is. This is due to me accidentally cracking it just after the battery compartment broke, and trying to remove the plastic cover to the concealed key lock. The safe measures approximately 13" length, 8" height, and 9" depth. There is also four fitted holes in the rear if required to be fitted to a wall. Any questions, please ask. Thanks for looking.
