We are selling our 3-piece fabric suite which we purchased from DFS 4 years ago for £. It consists of 2 armchairs and 1 2-seater sofa. They are all in excellent condition as they are in our spare living room which is only used occasionally so has not had much use. All 3 pieces have DFS Guardsman Fabric Protection. The sofa measures 174cm wide, 94cm deep ad 64cm high - the actual seating area is 133cm wide, 55cm deep and 37cm high The armchairs measure 102cm wide, 94cm deep and 64cm high - the actual seating area is 62cm wide, 55cm deep and 37cm high They are all very comfy to sit on and are in excellent condition. There are no stains, marks, tears or catches to the fabric. We are a smoke and pet free home. Viewing is highly recommended at an arranged time to appreciate the quality and condition of this suite.
