DFS 3-Piece Fabric Suite (2 Arm Chairs and a 2-Seater Sofa)

We are selling our 3-piece fabric suite which we purchased from DFS 4 years ago for £. It consists of 2 armchairs and 1 2-seater sofa. They are all in excellent condition as they are in our spare living room which is only used occasionally so has not had much use. All 3 pieces have DFS Guardsman Fabric Protection. The sofa measures 174cm wide, 94cm deep ad 64cm high - the actual seating area is 133cm wide, 55cm deep and 37cm high The armchairs measure 102cm wide, 94cm deep and 64cm high - the actual seating area is 62cm wide, 55cm deep and 37cm high They are all very comfy to sit on and are in excellent condition. There are no stains, marks, tears or catches to the fabric. We are a smoke and pet free home. Viewing is highly recommended at an arranged time to appreciate the quality and condition of this suite. A nice 3 piece lounge suite, it has a 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. It comes with high gloss wooden trim/feet and removable seat cushions for easy cleaning purposes. This item is used and may show some minor wear here and there but not serious, no tears or marks. This suite is less than 2 years old. A lovely and very comfortable 3 piece suite consisting of a 3 seater sofa and 2 single arm chairs and 2 matching brown cushions, all in excellent condition. covers are zip removable. All bought from DFS - Wyndham style (still selling) and less than 18 months old. We paid for the additional extra to have all seat cushions foam filled so they bounce back with no need to plump them.

Small amount of damage from a cat on the back corner of the 3 seater, however this is hardly noticable. Some discolouration which may clean up, or will look great with a throw/cover.
