Due to increasing work demands, I'm in search of the perfect home for my loveable 2 year old collie x lab. She is a superb best friend, with the most loveable, tactile nature ever. She gets along with everyone and everything. Due to the nature of her breed, she is a very active dog, and does need lots of exercise and attention. As I'm finding I have to be away from home more and more, I feel it is the kindest thing to look for an appropriate home for her. The ideal person would be someone who perhaps doesn't work, and has lots and lots of time to be with her. She thrives on exercise, and human contact. She is also very good with all other dogs. Whilst she does love a good sprint, she has great recall, and rarely lets you out of her sight. She isn't keen on being left alone for long periods, but is never destructive. She is a dearly loved pet, but my children are old enough to be going their own ways, and don't have time to help as much as they used to due to work and college. We are reluctantly looking to rehome our beautiful boy max. Unfortunately due to work and now hospital commitments we just can't give him the time needs. He is an active dog and would need a home were he can be exercised daily. He loves cuddle's and company and gets upset if left on his own too long. He's house trained and is good with his food but would need recall and general training. He gets very excited with lots of jumping up when people enter the house and around children (although he happily lives with a and 16 year ol) We do not live on an estate and he rarely comes across other animals so i couldnt say how he would be living with other dogs or cats.
