Details about   Wooden Stable Blocks

Two wooden stable blocks for sale, one row made by Windsor Stables 3x stables 13ft 6" wide and 11ft 6" deep all three with top and bottom doors, side windows with grills and closing panel, and three back windows, no grills so horses can pop heads out.  The second block, made by Dorset Stabling has a small feed room 7ft 6" deep and 9ft 6" wide, with lower roof height.  Three stables, one 9ft 3" wide by 17ft 4" wide, one corner one 8ft 6" deep and 17ft 4" wide, and last one 11ft 6" wide by 12ft 5" deep (coming around on a L shape).  All come with working doors, latches and bolts as well as some rubber flooring and electric light fittings and some tie rings.  The roof on all bar one stable is sound, one needs patching with roof sheets.  All roof material is corrugated cement fibre, guttering also included! These have been in use recently by a mixture of horses ranging from 16.2hh to 17.2hh warmbloods and Irish Draught, and are all dry (bar the one that needs the roof patching) and solid.  I am not sure how old they are but they are well made and could do with a re stain by new owners once re installed which would make them look quite smart again. You are welcome to come view before bidding, but please no timewasters and cash on collection only.  Buyer to dismantle and remove all from site no later than 7 days after the auction has ended.  No reserve, these are on here to be sold as we need the space. All  external and internal boards are in very good condition.   4 stables, 3 stables are 12ft x 12 ft and one is 12ft x 8ft.
