THERE IS A SLIGHT RUFFLE AROUND THE EDGE AND A COUPLE OF STITCHES NEED REPLACING BUT THEY WERE ONLY USED A FEW TIMES.  THEY HAVE BEEN WASHED AND I THINK THATS WHAT RUFFLED THE EDGE. Westropp full size hock boots in used condition, clean, though they do have some signs of wear where the straps are the pvc is a bit split, see pics, though they are perfectly useable its only superficial, they still offer the same protection and would stitch if necessary. Clips and straps are in order as is the velcro.
