These are quality pieces.  The leather boxes are a rich brown with a gold embossed fleur de lis and trim.  The box is full leather, about 1/8" thick, top coat I think.   I estimate the age at least 50 years. The condition is excellent for its age, showing wear marks mostly on the bottom (per the photos).  Both are marked on the bottom as having been made in Italy,   Dimensions: Round box:  3-1/4" diameter 1-1/2" high Hexagon box: 2-1/4" diameter 1" high Condition: The round box is in very nice condition, showing patina but not wear The hexagon doesn't show wear, but it shows some marks on the bottom as if the leather touched water....
