This musical box has been used.  It has a pirouetting ballerina who dances to the theme from "Love Story". It is in full working order, the wind up key mechanism is all correct. Made in China, by a company called TOYO (stamped on the metal key). All the hinges are brass. This is made out of plastic, made to look like wood, copying a traditional style. The hinged, mirrored lid lifts up to reveal the ballet dancer, (who pops up via a bending spring mechanism), and there is a red lined compartment. There are left & right magnetised, hinged, mirrored compartments, each having a 3 hook hanging arrangement.  There are 2 pull out, red lined drawers.  The top drawer is fixed. The box is coloured in a mahogany colour, and the handles are gold coloured. It measures 7" high x 7" wide x 4.5" deep.  Solid construction. There are a few tiny marks, due to use. A nice collectable box. From a smoke free home. Thank you for looking.
