Beautiful mens hunt breeches made . These are vintage H.HUNTSMAN & SONS SAVILE ROW breeches 32 waist. They are good condition but have been used an show signs of where on the knee rolls. There is one button missing on right knee but shouldn't be to hard to replace. Slightly stained on the knee but they are 58 years old! They don't make them like they used to so pick up a bargain!

Vintage Hunt coat made by Bernard Weatherill. Thick charcoal grey / black wool. Cream lining. Very flattering fit. This jacket has seen some action in the hunting field over the years and has one or two professional repairs - that said its a quality coat which has many more hunting seasons left in it. One of the front buttons has been changed and there are some small areas of damage to the lining. There is no size label - I think this was tailor made for its original owner (probably in the 40s as the label reads by appointment to the king) I'm a size 12 and there was room for a small jumper and waistcoat underneath. Chest is 36" Arm 17" from armpit to cuff. Back length 28" This has been looked after and kept in my wardrobe when not in use. Please see pics for details and ask questions.

A Classic Vintage Harry Hall Ladies Black Hunt or Show Jacket.  Size 38 Measurements: Chest: 38" Waist 34" Back length: 38" Please do not hesitate to request any further measurements or images. Unsure of fibre content but appears to be a quality fine wool in a twill weave. Condition: The outside of this jacket is in very good condition for a coat of this age.  There are a couple of snags in the cloth, but nothing serious.  The lining looks more tired but is still in good condition and is made of a good quality fabric with plenty of wear in it.

This is the third pair of mens breeches I have listed.  They are a good age but are much newer than the two other pairs as the fabric is some kind of thick polyester with a very small amount of stretch.  There is no tailor's label.  The pocket linings are also polyester as opposed to cotton on the other two pairs.  Despite being newer they have been made in the same old style, with buttons at the knees and a higher waist at the back with buttons for braces. They will be sent out by Hermes courier and I will charge £5 for this, but if two or three pairs are bought by the same person I will still only charge £5. These breeches are made of cotton cavalry twill.  I have no idea how old they are or who made them as there is no tailor's label inside them.  They are in pretty good order apart from the cotton lining above the waistband tape which is badly frayed, and there are several buttons missing from the knees.   I will charge £5 for them to be delivered by Hermes courier.  I am listing two similar pairs and will charge only £5 if the same person buys two or all three pairs. Vintage mens riding breeches.  I have no idea how old they are or who made them as there is no tailor's label inside them.  As you can see from the photo, the suede patches have shrivelled.  Whether some saddle soap would make them more supple I'm not sure, but it would be easy enough to unpick the patches and replace them.  I think they are made of woollen cavalry twill.  There are a couple of small holes in them.  Sadly some of the buttons are missing on the legs, but for their age the breeches are in quite good order. I will charge £5 postage and they will be sent by Hermes courier.  I shall be listing two similar pairs and will only charge £5 if two or all of the pairs are bought by the same person.   I will be pleased to answer any questions you may have or supply more photographs as requested.

Details about   Vintage Mens Fishtail Back Riding Breeches

This is a pair of old fashioned vintage riding breeches. I have listed them as white, but they are actually off white. The label say Birrs, Made in England. 98%Cotton 2% Lycra This makes me think that they are not as old as the style would suggest....but I am no expert. The waist measures 36", but they are high waisted and designed to be worn with button braces, I am a 34" waist and they are only a tiny bit too large for me. They have buttons for braces on the inside, and a high rise back. They have a button fly. The inside leg measurement is 29" They have six button at the bottom of each leg to make them fit tight around the calf and to fit inside a tall riding boot. If I were describing the material, I would say it most closely resembles Moleskin. They have leather/suede patches on the inside leg from about knee level to the bottom cuff, and the bottom cuff is also the same leather / suede material.
