You are looking at my daughters Tweed Wool Showing Selection Show Jacket.  We bought this jacket at the back end of but unfortunately she grew over the winter and it has only been worn twice and is just like new.  It has been hung up in a jacket bag since. It is a brown tweed with a burgundy check and is lined in burgundy.  It has a navy collar and navy foxley buttons. It is a size 32 and the measurements are as follows: From bottom of collar (back of jacket) to  end of jacket - 24 inch Top of arm seam to bottom of arm - 23 inch (with at least an inch of turn up) It cost over £200 and is a beautiful jacket. A lovely example of a tweed showing jacket made in the UK by Foxley. Made to measure this year, this jacket has only been worn to one show. The jacket measurements are as follows: When laid flat - chest 17.5 inches seam to seam under armpit. 25.5 inches from top of collar to hem. 23 inches sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff. A very flattering and distinctive jacket in brown with a blue twill. Photographs do not do this jacker justice. A lovely example of a tweed showing jacket made in the UK by Foxley in a very rare and expensive teviot herringbone tweed (cloth number 966). The jacket measurements are as follows: When laid flat - chest 17.5 inches seam to seam under armpit. 25.5 inches from top of collar to hem. inside sleeve length 16 inches from seam to cuff and 22 inches sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff. A very flattering jacket which is sadly a little too tight for my daughter who is a size 8/10. Photographs do not do this jacker justice. It is an olive green herringbone with multi coloured over check. We go to most of the major showing shows and would be happy for it to be tried on there. This is an auction for a size 38 (roughly size 12) Tweed Showing Jacket. I wore this just four times with my son whilst he was doing lead rein but he quickly progressed and since then the jacket has not been used. It is a lovely jacket with great detail, the pattern can be seen on the photos, as well as the velvet collar, it is also double vented. The spare buttons are still inside and the jacket is in excellent condition.
