The fleece wither pad is worn as shown in the photos and there is one tiny hole also shown. Cotton lining. It does have hook and loop chest fastening which can be tight on a large chested horse. but this can be sorted with a buckle extension. Used condition!!! In need of a wash. I washed down the outside and is definitely waterproof. No rips or tears. All straps are the rugs own. Does not have leg straps. Even when bought new this rug doesn't have leg straps. Comes with rugs own adjustable fillet tape. Not cheap fillet string. Selling as youngster has out grown it. Going put money towards a new one that fits. Paypal only.
