Good quality old English leather double bridle Brown leather, full size Complete with stainless steel bits and two plain reins Plain browband,stitched noseband Metal curb chain Leather lip strap, which is missing buckle side Snaffle bit measures 6 ins and curb 5.5 ins The cheekpieces and reins are stitched, so you would have to alter if you wanted to change the bits One rein has a billet fastening on just one side (has been like so since I've owned it, and only actually noticed when taking pics!) Cheekpieces are 1.5 cms wide The bridle is over 30 years old, and there is some dotted rusting to the bits Otherwise, it is in good condition, and has been well cared for Was used in the showring, but has been redundant for last five years! It is quality old fashioned English leather - don't seem to make them like this anymore!

This lovely lucky bridle has a Full Head piece & Reins but Extra Full everything else. Can be altered to make Full or Extra Full. worn by a 16.3 Extra Full (photographed) and a maxi cob 16.1 at County Level showing and dressage. Supple, all parts were handmade to fit the 16.3 by British saddler. Noseband originally started off as a Flash so has a couple of small stitch marks. Can not be seen from a distance so in no way interfere's with it use. Currently has 5.5" bits but I am happy to change these to the 6" I have. Reins are plaited and plain. No rubber. Stitching excellent. Clean ready to use. Many red rosettes won with this bridle. No reserve! Must be sold. Given up. Many more items being added everyday so please keep looking. Happy BIDDING

I dont know the brans of this bridle but the leather is lovely and supple and well cared for.  Plain hunter browband and a rolled caveson noseband complete with 2 pairs of well oiled and cleaned leather reins.  I always perfer to buy quality second hand items then cheap new ones and this bridle represents excellent value.  Quality enough to show in.

This listing is for a black Stübben double bridle, is in excellent used condition, really well looked after. Comes with weymouth and bradoon bits kerb chain and lip strap.all parts are stubben with motif keepers including one pair of reins, and slip head. (please note thin pair of reins are not stubben but look well with the others, and thicker reins have had a new hole added. not noticable but wanted to state all points) padded crank nose band and padded brow band. The Weymouth is 6 inches and the bradoon is a little larger.
